Unit 2 Wei Ming has been all over China by plane

一、 教材分析
本模块以谈论经历为话题,经历是学生感兴趣的话题,而谈论自己经历的趣事学生们也一定喜欢。话题的展开也很自然的引入了现在完成时。
二、 教学目标
(一) 语言知识目标
1、话题:节假日活动(One’s own experience of the activity)
2、语音:能够正确朗读含有现在完成时的一般疑问句及其回答。
3、词汇:理解并掌握下列词语
名词:sandwich, seat, pizza,
动词:sell,
形容词:western, fantastic, Italian, delicious ,
副词:abroad ,anywhere
介词:beside
短语:more than , come true
4、语法:体会和领悟现在完成时“have/has +done”的表意功能。
5、功能:恰当理解并表达询问他人经历或向他人介绍自己经历的表达方式。
(二)语言技能目标
1、能读懂有关旅游经历的小短文。
2、能运用所学口头或笔头表达自己的经历。
(三)情感态度目标
谈论经历时能注意他人的情感,不因别人未能周游各地而蔑视,要表现关怀与平等。
三、教学策略
1、合作学习策略:对子或小组活动时能够与他人很好的合作与交流。
2、自学策略:能够根据自己的情况预习教材;能够根据自己的情况进行拓展和补救。
四、教学过程
Step 1 Warming up and lead in
活动1:Introduction
T: I’m from Changhai No. 1 Middle School . Do you know Changhai ? Have you ever been to Changhai ?
Ss: No, I haven’t./ Yes, I have .
活动2:Make a survey in groups.
T: 1. To ask the student in your group “ Have you ever been to Changhai? ”
2. To report who has ever been to Changhai in your group “… has ever been to Changhai.”
Ss: Nobody has ever been to Changhai.
T: It doesn’t matter. One day if you go there, don’t forget to tell me, I’ll become your guide, I’ll invite you to taste all kinds of delicious seafood.
设计意图:以我来自长海县为话题引入本节课,在学生做调查的过程中既激发了学生的学习兴趣,又复习了第一单元的重点句型,同时也引出本课的句式即现在完成时第三人称单数的用法。为新课做好了铺垫。
Step 2 Pre-reading
T: I think all of you have ever had a fantastic experience in your life. But have you had such experiences like these?
Ss: Work in pairs . Ask and answer the questions .
1. Have you ever been to a concert?
2. Have you ever tried western food?
3. Have you ever had a “dream come true”?
4. Have you ever flown?
5. Have you ever been abroad?
设计意图:本活动为背景知识激活活动,通过两两问答提示与音乐会、西餐、梦想、飞机旅行及出国旅游的相关信息,也为文章的阅读提供相关的背景知识。
Step 3 While-reading
活动1:Listen and answer
T: Wei Ming, Han Li and three other students also have a fantastic experience. Now Let’s listen and find the answers quickly.
1. Who has ever been to a concert?
2. Who has ever tried western food?
3. Who has ever had a “dream come true”?
4. Who has ever flown?
5. Who has ever been abroad?
Ss: Listen and write down the answers in the exercise books.
设计意图:本活动不仅培养学生的听力能力,在听的过程中也促进学生对文章的整体理解。
活动2: Read the passage silently and choose the best answer , stand up quickly after finishing.

设计意图:培养学生的跳读能力,在感知整篇文章的同时能够辨认细节,捕捉到个别信息。同时通过竞赛的方式激发学生的学习兴趣。

设计意图:运用各种方式细读每个自然段,在分析段落时教会学生运用各种人称谈论经历,加深学生对课文的理解,同时复习巩固本模块的语法内容。
Step 4 After-reading
T: Look at the table , if you read a passage, try to find who, what, where, why. It will help you understand the passage better. So please remember this.
Ss: Retell the passage according to the table in groups with 5 students. And each student talks about one paragraph.
设计意图:在运用表格总结各学生经历时教会学生找出短文中的who, what, where, why等信息,帮助学生更好的理解短文并提高学生的阅读能力。复述课文更加深学生对文章的理解。
Step 5 Writing
活动1:write some information about your experience according to the table in the exercise books.

设计意图:要求学生首先写出有关自己经历的关键词有助于培养他们写短文前养成写提纲的好习惯。
活动2:Give more information about your experience and talk about it with your partener.
设计意图:通过与同伴的交流引出具体的经历细节,为下一步的写作做好准备。
Step 6 Homework
Write a letter to your pen friend Tom in America to tell him about one of your fantastic experiences.
设计意图:通过写作使学生感受现在完成时的表意功能,培养学生在真实的语境中运用英语的能力,同时检测学生本节课的学习情况。
